• How do I make a return?

The first return is free of charge within within 15 days.

If you want to return a product, please contact us: hello@12janvier.com. We will send you a return label. Once you receive the return label, you will then have 6 days to ship the item back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if the product shows signs of wear, use, washing or has been altered in any way from its original condition. 

• Can I make an exchange?

To exchange your product, simply return your package and order the new one/size on our website directly. The first exchange is free of charge.

• What size should I go for?

• Do you offer international shipping?

We only offer shipping in Europe. For now, we only offer shipping to the following European countries: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungry, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
